Gotta Minute for Fitness?

If you’ve got a minute, you can be fit. Really. Next time you find yourself sitting, sluggish, and feeling lousy in the afternoon I urge you to stand up and march in place, knees high, arms swinging, for one minute.

Don’t feel like marching? Simply stretching while standing will help get you motivated to move.

Have a little bit more energy? Go all out on some jumping jacks. It will get your heart pumping, help lubricate your joints, and provide refreshment to your mind.

Seriously. One minute. Give it a try. You can thank me later.
